Meet Yönetim İşaretleri, which has been providing decision and process management support to businesses in investment, incentive, project, and transformation processes since 2015.

Founded in 2015, Yönetim İşaretleri provides management consulting and incentive process management services to strengthen businesses' investment, growth, and transformation decisions.

Since our inception, we have expanded our service scope by listening to the changing needs of our clients. We have developed a complementary consulting model ranging from feasibility and investment planning to project preparation, and from public support to implementation, reporting, and closing processes.

In 2024, we entered into a solution partnership with PKF Global to enhance our international service capacity and operated for a period under the title PKF İstanbul Teşvik Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. As of July 2025, we continue our journey with our independent, agile, and technology-focused structure under the title Hasan Tahsin Danışmanlık A.Ş. and the brand Yönetim İşaretleri.
