The application deadline for the second round of the 2026 Employment Protection Support Program, implemented by KOSGEB to protect employment and facilitate access to financing for enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry, has been extended to November 30, 2026.

Under the program, financing opportunities of up to TRY 50 million for SMEs and TRY 150 million for large enterprises are available, along with non-repayable financing support equivalent to 12 percentage points on eligible loans.

Support Provided Under the Program

• Maximum Loan Amount: Up to TRY 50 million for SMEs and TRY 150 million for large enterprises.

• Financing Support: Non-repayable financing support of 12 percentage points on eligible loans.

• Loan Maturity: Up to 36 months, including a principal repayment grace period of up to 6 months.

• Interest Rate: A maximum annual interest rate of 37% for fixed-rate loans and TLREF + 1 percentage point for variable-rate loans.

• Increased Loan Limit: Enterprises meeting specified financial or R&D capability criteria may qualify for a doubling of their calculated loan amount.

Who Can Apply?

SMEs and large enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry (NACE Section C) may benefit from the program.

Applicants must be registered in the KOSGEB database, have an up-to-date enterprise declaration, and meet the employment protection requirements specified under the program.

Employment Protection Requirement

To qualify for financing support, enterprises must maintain their average monthly social security premium contribution days recorded during January–June 2026 throughout the July–December 2026 period.

The eligible loan amount is calculated based on the enterprise's average monthly earnings subject to social security contributions during January–June 2026.

Final Payment Request Deadline: March 31, 2027
