Applications for the KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Programme Remain Open Until 31 October 2026!

Applications for the third round of the KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Programme 2026 – Business Development Support will remain open until 31 October 2026.

The programme offers newly established businesses up to TRY 2.5 million in interest-free, repayable support at an 80% support rate. It aims to strengthen production capacity, support investment and accelerate business growth.

Support Amount and Scope

Businesses can receive up to TRY 2,250,000 in repayable support. An additional TRY 250,000 is available for women, young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs with disabilities, veterans and first-degree relatives of fallen service members.

The support rate is 80%, and the project duration is 24 months. Repayments begin 12 months after the programme period ends, with no interest or commission charges.

Eligible expenses include personnel costs, machinery and equipment, software, training, consultancy, certification, testing, analysis, marketing and design services.

Who Can Apply?

Businesses established within the last three years and operating in the following sectors are eligible to apply:

• Manufacturing

• Telecommunications

• Computer programming and related activities

• IT infrastructure, data processing and information services

• Scientific research and development

Applicants must have an active KOSGEB registration and an up-to-date business declaration. Businesses holding a Technostartup Badge may qualify for an exemption from the business age requirement.

Ownership structure, business activities and other programme requirements are also considered during the eligibility assessment.

Application and Evaluation Process

Applications are submitted electronically. Businesses must present a project outlining their investment needs, objectives and budget.

Projects undergo committee and jury evaluations. The top 1,000 projects nationwide and the top 6 projects in each province are invited to the jury evaluation stage. Following the final ranking, the top 500 projects nationwide and the top 3 projects in each province qualify for support.

Project feasibility, investment justification and budget planning are key factors in the evaluation process.

Additional Financing Opportunities for Women and Young Entrepreneurs

Under the Business Development Interest/Profit Share Support scheme, 50% of the financing costs of working capital loans of up to TRY 1 million may be covered for eligible women and young entrepreneurs.

Applicants must achieve the required evaluation score and meet the programme conditions. The two support mechanisms cannot be used simultaneously.
