KOSGEB’s Global Competitiveness Support Program – 1st Application Period for 2026 has started.
The program aims to strengthen SMEs in global markets and support their competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Projects in areas such as innovative product development, manufacturing, R&D, digital transformation, and exports are supported under the program. Strengthening supply chains and developing global business partnerships are also among the program’s priorities.
What Expenses Are Supported Under the Global Competitiveness Support Program?
The following expenses are supported under the program:

Machinery, equipment, and mold expenses

Software expenses
-
Personnel expenses
-
Service procurement expenses, including training, consultancy and mentoring, certification, testing and analysis, marketing, design, and industrial property rights

Working capital
Application Requirements for the Global Competitiveness Support Program
Businesses applying to the program must meet certain basic requirements.
The business must:

Be registered and active in the KOSGEB Database
-
Have an up-to-date Business Declaration
-
Operate as a natural or legal person under the Turkish Commercial Code
In addition, at least one of the following criteria must be met:

Be a fast-growing enterprise operating in a medium-high or high-technology sector
-
Have increased exports every year over the last three years
-
Have increased both exports and R&D expenditures every year over the last three years
-
Be a medium-sized enterprise operating in a high-technology sector and carrying out activities related to products included in the Priority Products List
-
Be included in the Turcorn 100 Program
-
Be an exporting enterprise that meets the sectoral and regional conditions specified in the relevant calls
Loan Opportunity of Up to TRY 75 Million
Under the program, businesses may access loans ranging from TRY 30 million to TRY 75 million.
The minimum loan amount is TRY 30 million, while the maximum is TRY 75 million.
The project duration is set at 24 months, and the maximum loan maturity is 36 months.
A 20-point non-repayable financing support is provided for loans used under the program. Businesses that meet the relevant conditions may also benefit from a Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) guarantee.
