The third application round of the KOSGEB Business Development Support Programme 2026 is now open. The programme aims to support newly established businesses by strengthening their production capacities, technological infrastructure, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability.

Available Funding

The programme provides up to TRY 2,250,000 in repayable support, covering 80% of eligible project expenses. An additional TRY 250,000 may be available to young, female, disabled, veteran entrepreneurs, or first-degree relatives of fallen service members.

Eligible expenses include personnel costs, machinery and equipment, moulds, software, and services such as training, consultancy, certification, testing, marketing, design, and industrial property rights.

The project implementation period is 24 months.

Who Can Apply?

The programme is available to eligible enterprises operating in the following sectors:

• Manufacturing

• Telecommunications

• Computer programming and consultancy

• IT infrastructure, data processing and information services

• Scientific research and development

Applicants must generally operate businesses established within the last three years. Enterprises holding a Technopreneurship Badge are exempt from the business age requirement.

Application Timeline and Evaluation

Applications for the third round are accepted from October 12 to October 31, 2026.

Applications will be evaluated by KOSGEB committees and juries, with successful projects selected based on their evaluation results.
