The purpose of YODA is not merely to generate a score. It is to identify which improvements should be prioritized by making the enterprise's areas of strength, process losses, and points open for development visible.
The study covers preparation, assessment with an authorized expert, field/data work, interpretation of the report, prioritization of development areas, and the subsequent planning of lean or digital projects to be implemented.
The YODA service can be supported within the scope of the KOSGEB YÖNDE Program under current conditions. Since the support amount, rate, and eligibility conditions may change, the current official program principles should be checked before application.
