KOSGEB Employment Protection Support Program 2026-2

TÜSEB 2026-B2 Group B Project Support Program

Under the TÜSEB 2026-B2 Group B Project Support Program, up to TRY 3 million in funding is provided for R&D and product development projects aimed at developing products and prototypes in the field of health. Projects in designated health and technology areas are supported under the program.

Pre-applications will be accepted between 1–13 September 2026, while full applications will be submitted between 21 September–5 October 2026. The deadline for document submission is 19 October 2026.

Supported Areas

Under the TÜSEB 2026-B2 Group B Project Support Program, projects in the following areas are supported:

  • Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering

  • Dental Health and Treatments

  • Pharmacological Sciences

  • Traditional and Complementary Medicine Practices

  • Diagnostic Kits

  • Medical Device Technologies

Who Can Apply?

The following organizations may apply as the project coordinating institution:

  • Public and foundation universities

  • Public institutions and organizations

  • Research institutes and research centers

The applicant institution must be established in Türkiye.

Companies, foundations, associations, trade unions, cooperatives, chambers, unions, sole proprietorships, and ordinary partnerships are not eligible to apply as the project coordinating institution.

Funding Amount and Project Duration

  • Maximum project support amount: TRY 3,000,000

  • Maximum project duration: 18 months

  • Minimum starting TRL (Technology Readiness Level): 3

The TRY 3 million funding ceiling includes the Project Incentive Bonus (PTİ) and institutional share.

Technology Readiness Level (TRL)

Projects must have a minimum starting TRL of 3.

The project is expected to achieve at least one level of progress from its initial TRL.

The results of the studies used to determine the initial TRL must be submitted during the full application stage.

Eligible Expenses

The following expenses may be supported:

  • Machinery and equipment

  • Consumable materials

  • Travel expenses for domestic field studies

  • Service procurement

Participation in congresses and conferences, publication costs, registration of intellectual and industrial property rights, and international travel expenses are not covered.

Üreten Sağlık Criteria

Projects are also evaluated under the Üreten Sağlık criteria.

The Üreten Sağlık Criteria Form must be submitted during the full application stage.

Evaluation Criteria

Full applications are evaluated based on four main criteria:

  • Innovative aspect, technological value, or localization value: 25%

  • Tangible and widespread impact potential: 25%

  • Scientific methodology and suitability of work packages: 25%

  • Budget, duration, and feasibility: 25%

Requirements for the Project Team

The project coordinator and researchers must be permanent staff members with at least a bachelor’s degree employed by institutions or organizations eligible to apply.

Researchers or consultants working at another institution may participate in the project provided that approval is obtained from the authorized body of their own institution.

The project coordinator must reside within Türkiye.

Application Process

Applications for the TÜSEB 2026-B2 Group B Project Support Program are carried out in two stages.

1st Stage – Pre-Application

1–13 September 2026

Pre-applications are submitted through the TÜSEB Information and Management System (TBYS).

At this stage, applicants submit information on the project’s objective, methodology, expected outputs, work packages, duration, estimated budget, and TRL.

The pre-application form is limited to 750 words. No signed documents or physical shipment are required at this stage.

2nd Stage – Full Application

21 September–5 October 2026

Projects whose pre-applications are deemed eligible proceed to the full application stage.

At this stage, the project’s technical, administrative, and financial details, together with the required documents, are submitted through TBYS.
