Within the scope of cooperative support consultancy, we first address the needs and capacity analysis by identifying the support program suitable for the project. Following the establishment of the project goal, budget, and activity plan, we carry out work for the preparation of the application file.
After the application, we also include the necessary additional information and revision processes, as well as the implementation and reporting follow-up of the project, within the scope of our work.
