Within the scope of rural development and IPARD consultancy, we evaluate the eligibility of the investment and the relevant call; we handle the business plan/feasibility, technical and financial document set, expenditure budget, and application file preparations together.
Following the contract, we monitor implementation tracking, procurement/supporting documents, payment requests, and closing processes in line with our scope of work.
