TÜSEB Support Consultancy
Within the scope of TÜSEB support consultancy, we provide support for the processes of matching project ideas in health technology, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical products, and related fields with the appropriate TÜSEB calls and structuring them in accordance with the call logic.
In project studies for TÜSEB (Health Institutes of Türkiye) support and calls, we handle the process with a project management approach, from matching the project idea with the appropriate call to preparing the application file.
We support the development of the project structure in alignment with the scope and expectations of the call by evaluating the project's scientific rationale, innovative aspects, methodology, outputs, team competence, budget, and expected impact together.
Within the scope of the work, we provide support for call matching, project structuring, work packages, budget, technical writing, and the preparation of the application file, as well as revision and reporting processes when needed.
